Terms of service

Initial retainer and/or payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

Retainer of 50% or first payment of agreed payment plan. If within two weeks of event, payment is due in full.

Your initial retainer reserves your event date and is non-refundable. Your retainer can only be transferred to a different date.

We must receive the balance by the due date indicated on the invoice or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded

Delivery and setup fees are broken down included in the total invoice unless you agreed to pick up.

We are not responsible for any damage to the event desserts and/or decor after setup is complete.

On occasion, we will photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
