ALL CHEESECAKE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF DATE NEEDED
Pre-orders must be placed Wednesday by 4 pmPST for Friday pick-up, and Thursday 3 pm for Saturday or Sunday pick-up.
Pick-up Times (no exceptions):
Friday: 5 pm to 8 pm
Saturday: 11 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm
Sunday: 12 pm to 2 pm
Please allow 24 - 48 hrs for your order to be processed after it has been placed.
You will receive email confirmation once your order is ready.
Handling & Serving
The cheesecakes will last up to seven days in the refrigerator or up to six months in the freezer.
All Cheesecakes should be served at room temperature. If frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving. Otherwise, defrost on counter 4-5 hours before serving. Fruit topped cheesecakes should be served slightly cool.
Use of a warm knife (be sure to dip in hot water and wipe knife dry between each slice) to cut the cheesecake. A sharp serrated cake knife works best.
